Overhaul of valves
Upon receipt of the returned valve, we will assess the condition of the components and which parts need to be replaced. If necessary, we will recommend replacing the valve completely. After agreement to the quotation sent by us, we will start the work. We can only overhaul valves supplied by Hanwel.
Overhaul and repair of expansion joints
In some cases, expansion joints can be reconditioned. On a stainless steel expansion joint, for example, the bellows can be replaced, with the connecting parts being as good as new after blasting and coating. The result is a fully workable and deployable expansion joint. After agreeing to our quotation for overhaul, we start the work.
Setting Lisega supports
Upon request, we can reset returned spring hangers and spring pots. This way the supports can be reused when process conditions change.
